Northrop Grumman Honors TriQuint with Two Awards: Northrop Grumman Corporation Electronic Systems recognized TriQuint Semiconductor for its innovative BAW technology while also naming it a ‘Strategic Supplier’ at the NGES 2008 Supplier Conference. The award for BAW technology advances was one of only two ‘Innovation’ awards presented by NGES this year. TriQuint’s ‘Strategic Supplier’ commendation focused on support from its Richardson, TX facility while its award-winning BAW technology was developed at the company’s Bend, OR design and manufacturing center. TriQuint was the only company to receive two awards from NGES at this year’s supplier conference.

TriQuint Named RF Supplier of the Year by Kyocera: For the second year in a row, TriQuint has been named "RF Supplier of the year" by Kyocera. This award recognizes TriQuint's performance to Kyocera's global communications business in five categories; Technology, Quality, Responsiveness, Delivery and Cost. TriQuint's Todd DeBonis, Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Steve Wahl, Global Account Manager for Kyocera, accepted the award from Kyocera's Senior Director of Strategic Sourcing, Mark Lieberman at its supplier summit in San Diego, California. Kyocera utilizes multiple TriQuint front-end modules for use in its line of CDMA mobile phones.
